Recovery Church exists to reach and train those in early recovery to grow in their faith and in their recovery. We seek to be a bridge between the 12-step fellowships and the Church. We strive to become disciple-makers within the recovery community and teach others to  disciple still more in fulfillment of the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:18-20.

“We are beggars. This is true.” These words of Martin Luther describe those in recovery. But we have found the Bread of Life, Jesus! We have been pulled from our addictions, destructive habits and painful existence and have been adopted by a loving Father. Our earnest goal is to see others experience the joy we ourselves live today. 

We make disciples, which means we enter into relationships to help people trust and follow Jesus. These relationships are dangerous, messy, and often difficult, but there is great joy when even one hopeless person is restored! We celebrate each week, and we work the 12 steps of recovery with our Bibles open. We do all this and more to get closer to Him who saved us and help others do the same.
